Windows 8.1 is Microsoft’s operating system prior to Windows 10 and Windows 11 that fixes bugs and adds improvements to Windows 8, the version that completely changed the interface and said goodbye to the classic start menu.

The ISO is a Multiple Editions version with Update 3, which means that it includes all the editions, both the most basic and the Pro, which differ in the functionalities and security they offer.
